Womens Institute

For Home and Country. Today's Women Working for Tomorrow's World. A Women's Institute is an association of women. It is based on the spiritual ideals of fellowship, truth, tolerance and justice, and is non-sectarian and non-party political in character.

It is therefore open to all women whatever their political and religious beliefs may be, and includes women of all interests and classes.

The purpose of a Women's Institute is to give all women the opportunity of working together to improve and develop the conditions of life and of putting into practice the ideals for which it stands.
