Freedom of Information

Public Authorities are required by the Freedom of Information Act to publish a record of all information held by them and how it may be accessed. The Model Code recommended by the Office of the Information Commissioner has been adopted by Ticknall Parish Council. Information is available either on the website or where this is not possible can be viewed at the Parish Council Office at the address above.

It would be preferable if, before information is sought from the office, you contact the Clerk so that the information required can be found. Photocopies can be made if possible.
