Not all of our readers are from Ticknall, so we thought it would be a great idea to put together a collection of pictures of Ticknall so that they can get an idea of what it's like in our lovely village.
(Actually, we are so proud of Ticknall that we are just looking for an opportunity to show off!) If you have a favourite picture of Ticknall that would be suitable for our slideshow perhaps you would be willing to share it with us.
Because it's a slideshow that we are planning, the shape will be fixed, so the boss says that pictures need to be in a horizontal (landscape) format with an aspect ratio of about 3:2 . To you and me that means that the width has to be approximately one and a half times the height. If your picture isn't exactly those proportions, don't worry - it doesn't have to be exact.
You can send us your picture as an attachment to email, (for the address go TICKNALL LIFE -> CONTACT on the top menu) or you can submit it through the DOCUMENTS link on the top menu (for this one you need to be logged in and there is a limit of 1MB on file size). Whichever way you choose, we look forward to seeing your pictures soon.
