Melbourne Crime Alert - Peter William
A member of the community has received a phone call from a male stating that he was from the local Policing team.
He stated that his name was Peter WILLIAM or WILLIAMS. He went on to speak about helping youths in the community and making a difference.
His call was cut short. However it is believed that he was potentially after funding for advertising or something similar. HE IS NOT BELIEVED TO BE A POLICE OFFICER.
Another female member of the community stated that she too was approached by a white male, smartly dressed who identified himeself as Peter WILLIAM. It is believed that this male may be canvassing in the area. He was driving a silver or grey Toyota vehicle, the model and registration is unknown.
